By using and participating in the AuctionVilla Bangladesh auction platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which are designed to comply with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and ensure a fair and responsible auction experience.

1. Eligibility

To register and participate in auctions on AuctionVilla Bangladesh, you must be a resident of Bangladesh, at least 18 years old, and possess a valid National Identification Card (NID) or valid Passport.

2. Registration

Upon registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. AuctionVilla Bangladesh reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information.

3. Auction Items

All items being auctioned on our platform must comply with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. AuctionVilla Bangladesh reserves the right to remove any item found to be in violation of these laws and regulations, as well as the following prohibited items:

• Illegal drugs or narcotics
• Firearms, weapons, and explosives
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Stolen items or property
• Endangered species or products derived from them
• Obscene or offensive materials
• Human organs or remains
• Any item that violates intellectual property rights

4. Bidding

All bids placed on our platform must be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You agree to honor your bid should you be the winning bidder. By bidding on an item, you acknowledge that you have the legal authority and financial means to complete the transaction.

5. Payment

Winning bidders must complete payment within the specified time frame provided by the seller. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and mobile financial services. All payments must be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

6. Delivery and Shipping

The seller is responsible for delivering the auction item to the winning bidder and disclosing any shipping fees associated with the delivery. The buyer and seller may agree on a suitable time and location for delivery.

7. Cancellations and Returns

Once the auction has concluded, and payment has been made by the winning bidder, the sale is considered final. Returns or cancellations are not accepted unless specified by the seller.

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must accurately describe the items being auctioned and provide relevant images. Any attempts to manipulate the auction process by misrepresenting an item or colluding with other parties to manipulate the bidding process are strictly prohibited.

9. User Conduct

All users are expected to act in a responsible and respectful manner when using the platform. Any abusive or discriminatory language, harassment, or attempts to compromise the integrity of the auction process are grounds for account suspension or termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

AuctionVilla Bangladesh serves as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We do not assume responsibility or liability for the accuracy or legitimacy of auction listings, the fulfillment of transactions, or any disputes that may arise between users.

By using the AuctionVilla Bangladesh platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuctionVilla Bangladesh and its affiliates from any claims or losses resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Amendments

AuctionVilla Bangladesh reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
